I'm Gary Fooks.

My career began on Bay Street followed by Wall Street, learning that markets reward discipline, conviction, and an obsession with serving clients. I carried that mindset into the mortgage industry over a decade ago.

Today I'm CEO of 8Twelve Mortgage US and 8Twelve Mortgage Canada, building one of North America's most integrated mortgage and investment platforms: $1.5B annually in mortgage volume originated, administered and growing.

I'm also a fitness enthusiast. The same daily reps that build a stronger body build a stronger business: small commitments, compounded.
